Evening Star Quilt Guild Block of the Month

One of the guilds that I am a member is doing  a block of the month using Eleanor Burns' book Stars Across America.  I looked at my stash and found five of the seven fabrics that I needed.  I still needed some help because I came to a mental block.  Dawn Cornell came to the rescue.  She is the owner of The Quilt Shoppe in my hometown of Anderson, IN.  I brought my fabric choices and she gave me her recommendations.  She is an expert in color theory and her choices were exactly what I was looking for.  It never hurts to ask for help and to be able to find the right help.  Thanks Dawn.  Now the adventure will begin!
